Industry Expert – Semiconductor Sales

About the role

The Industry Expert – Semiconductor is a sales-focused role that partners with engineering leaders in the semiconductor sector to deliver tailored workforce and project solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, promoting Kelly’s statementworX suite and traditional staffing services to drive growth for both clients and the company.

Key responsibilities

• Focus on the semiconductor engineering vertical and sell statementworX SOW solutions, contract, temp‑to‑hire and direct‑hire services.
• Initiate and lead meetings with engineering business leaders to understand growth plans and challenges.
• Leverage research, data and industry insights to create value for engineering functions and build strategic relationships.
• Nurture long‑term relationships with executives, directors and managers, qualifying partnership potential.
• Collaborate with specialized engineering recruiters to deliver comprehensive workforce solutions.
• Maintain high standards of activity, teamwork and results delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred (not mandatory).
• Minimum 2 + years of proven B2B sales experience in engineering services, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
• Consultative, solutions‑oriented approach with the ability to develop long‑term sales relationships.
• Passion for solving complex engineering challenges and connecting talent with meaningful careers.
• Base salary range $120,075 – $140,000 per year, dependent on experience and location.
