About the role

Join a leading U.S. bakery producer as an Industrial Maintenance Technician I on the 2nd shift. You will help keep production lines running smoothly from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on bakery equipment, including conveyors and mechanical drives.
• Lubricate components and conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Identify wear, troubleshoot issues, and replace faulty parts promptly.
• Use SAP to check out parts, record maintenance activities, and generate reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while adhering to all company policies.

Required profile

• Technical mindset with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to rotate across various bakery areas and adapt to evolving technology.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 20 ft, lift up to 50 lb, and work in confined spaces.
• Commitment to ongoing training and safety standards.
