Industrial Electrician – Manufacturing Maintenance

About the role

If you are passionate about maintenance and troubleshooting in a fast‑paced, high‑speed manufacturing environment, Anheuser‑Busch offers a position where you will support plant equipment reliability and product quality. You will work both independently and within a team to keep critical production systems running.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders and provide maintenance support for high‑speed production equipment.
• Participate in work planning, part staging, and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Document maintenance activities and equipment issues using SAP and computer reporting systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC‑controlled machinery, VFDs, servo drives, and batch processes.
• Maintain power distribution, interpret electrical schematics, and adhere to safety and 5S standards.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to increase equipment uptime.
• Comply with lockout/tagout, LOTO, and other safety regulations.

Required profile

• High School diploma or GED; safety policy knowledge (LOTO, high‑voltage).
• 3+ years of industrial/high‑speed manufacturing experience or a two‑year technical degree.
• Ability to work off‑shifts, overtime, and 60% weekend availability.
• Physical capability to stand, bend, twist and lift up to 50 lb.
• Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis skills.

Required skills

• PLC programming (Allen Bradley PLC5, ControlLogix, Siemens) and HMI configuration.
• VFD/servo‑drive troubleshooting and high‑voltage electrical work.
• SAP maintenance documentation.
• Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Computer networking basics (routers, Ethernet switches).
• Instrumentation calibration and mechanical maintenance (valve, conveyor, motor/gearbox).
