IAM Manager – Enterprise Identity & Access Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager to design, build, and lead a global IAM program within our Information Security organization. The role will shape the identity lifecycle, ensure compliance, and drive automation across more than 200 offices worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Build, lead and develop a high‑performing IAM team responsible for identity governance, administration and access lifecycle management.
• Own end‑to‑end coordination of quarterly user access reviews and certifications across all applications and systems.
• Track and follow up with application owners, IT and business stakeholders to meet access review deadlines.
• Modernize and transform the IAM program through automation and process optimization.
• Maintain accurate documentation of access certification cycles for audit and compliance.
• Support joiner, mover, leaver processes and enforce least‑privilege, RBAC and SoD principles.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Internal Audit, Legal, Privacy and Compliance on access governance matters.
• Ensure evidence and controls align with SOX, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA and PCI DSS.
• Flag and escalate risks such as orphaned accounts or excessive privileges.
• Prepare regular status reports and executive summaries on compliance posture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IAM, access governance, IT compliance or related operational roles.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage deadline‑driven processes.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities across multiple stakeholder groups.

Required skills

• Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk and Ping Identity.
