Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager supports company‑wide and regional HR initiatives, partnering with business leaders to align talent strategies with business objectives. This internal role focuses on the Sales and Operations client groups, driving HR processes and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery and implementation of HR processes for Sales and Operations teams in collaboration with management and HR partners.
• Assist with internal talent acquisition, including candidate screening and coordination.
• Conduct new‑employee orientations, monitor career‑path programs, provide employee‑relations counseling, and lead exit interviews.
• Participate in setting department goals, objectives, and system improvements.
• Recommend and implement new policies and procedures to enhance departmental efficiency.
• Evaluate reports and outcomes of HR initiatives against established goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as an HR business partner or generalist.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask, work independently or within a team, and meet deadlines.
• Analytical, reporting, judgment, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation software.
