About the role
The Human Resources Generalist will partner with managers and employees to deliver a full spectrum of HR services. Working in a hybrid remote model, you will help maintain a compliant, engaging, and high‑performing workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Administer day‑to‑day HR operations and ensure policy compliance.
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee‑relations issues and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems and safeguard confidentiality.
- Support payroll coordination, time‑keeping, and benefits administration.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and contribute to retention strategies.
- Develop and update HR policies, handbooks, and training programs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in HR, including full‑cycle recruiting and benefits administration.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug checks.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as UKG, Paycor, and Paycom.
- Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat Professional.
