HR Coordinator – Fashion & Accessories

About the role
We are looking for an HR Coordinator to support the Fashion & Accessories (F&A) portfolio for North America, including brands such as Montblanc, Chloé, Dunhill, Delvaux and Alaïa. Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR, the role works closely with business leaders, the F&A HR team and Richemont Americas HR Centers of Expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Learning & Development to design and deliver training programs that meet team needs.
- Assist HR Directors with performance management, employee relations and workplace investigations.
- Support full‑life‑cycle recruitment, coordinate with external agencies and maintain open‑jobs reporting.
- Update internal platforms and trackers for performance management, PIPs, coaching and talent pools.
- Maintain knowledge of employee benefits programs and collaborate with the Benefits team on administration.
Required profile
- Solid experience across core HR functions, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage talent management, recruitment, performance and benefits processes.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with HR business partners, centers of expertise and brand leaders.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
