Hotel Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized, detail‑oriented Hotel Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in delivering seamless group bookings and events. In this full‑time position you will act as the primary liaison between clients and hotel departments, ensuring every stay and function runs smoothly from inquiry to final billing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager with coordinating group bookings, event details, and sales contracts.
• Communicate with clients throughout the sales cycle to guarantee a flawless experience.
• Maintain accurate sales records, prepare proposals, and track booking information.
• Collaborate with front‑desk, housekeeping, and banquet teams to align operations with sales commitments.
• Provide administrative support such as email correspondence, schedule management, and sales reporting.

Required profile

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist across various hotel operations.
• Prior experience in sales, event planning, or hospitality is a plus, though training is provided.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to learn and use hotel sales software.
