Hospitality Specialist

About the role

The Hospitality Specialist supports SpaceX’s mission by delivering exceptional food‑service and event experiences for employees, visitors, and partners. Working across one or more catering locations, you will ensure every guest interaction reflects the company’s high standards of hospitality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Execute catering and event requests according to detailed schedules, guaranteeing guest satisfaction.
• Set up, operate, and break down service stations, dining areas, and storage spaces while maintaining safety and organization.
• Collaborate with team members to meet leadership‑defined time and quality standards.
• Maintain daily records, complete opening/closing checklists, and perform routine cleaning and equipment maintenance.
• Interact professionally with guests, supervisors, and co‑workers, addressing concerns promptly.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of food‑service experience in a customer‑service role.
• Preferred: 2 + years of leadership experience and 7 + years of food‑service experience.
• Self‑motivated, able to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Required skills

• Advanced understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
