Head of Social

About the role

Offchain is seeking a Head of Social to shape and execute the organic social strategy for its portfolio of products, including Offchain, Arbitrum, ZeroDev, Prysm, and Onchain Labs. This senior position will drive brand storytelling across all social platforms, ensuring a cohesive narrative that reflects the company’s vision for blockchain scalability and decentralization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall social media strategy for multiple product brands.
• Ensure all social content reinforces the core narrative of Arbitrum and related products.
• Collaborate with leadership, product marketing, and ecosystem partners to refine messaging.
• Guide internal teams toward stronger storytelling and consistent brand representation.
• Monitor social trends in the blockchain space and adapt tactics accordingly.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading social strategy for technology or blockchain brands.
• Strong creative vision combined with strategic thinking.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, highly technical environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
