Head of Learning & Development (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a forward‑thinking leader to shape the enterprise learning strategy and foster a culture of continuous learning. Reporting to senior leadership, the Head of Learning & Development will own the vision, standards and roadmap for all learning initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the learning and development vision, aligning it with business strategy and cultural priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR to identify skill gaps, prioritize investments and design scalable learning solutions.
• Lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of onboarding, technical training, leadership and professional development programs.
• Oversee internal and external learning delivery models, including LMS administration and vendor management.
• Establish governance, metrics and ROI reporting to link learning spend to talent and business outcomes.
• Use data and analytics to enhance learning effectiveness and inform investment decisions.
• Coach, develop and inspire the learning team, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development or Talent Development.
• Proven leadership of enterprise‑wide learning initiatives and teams.
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into impactful learning programs.
