Head of Finance

About the role

Offchain is seeking a Head of Finance to shape the company’s financial strategy as it scales its blockchain infrastructure. Reporting to the executive team, you will drive capital strategy, treasury management and long‑term financial planning for a fast‑growing ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a multi‑year financial roadmap aligned with Offchain’s growth targets.
• Lead treasury operations, capital allocation and liquidity management in a digital‑asset‑focused environment.
• Establish enterprise‑level financial governance, reporting standards and controls.
• Provide strategic insights to the board and senior leadership based on deep financial analysis.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing finance organization to support global scaling.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance functions in high‑growth technology or blockchain companies.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for board‑level presentations and cross‑functional collaboration.
