About the role

Anthropic is building a library of AI‑driven educational content that reaches learners at the exact moment they need it. As Head of Content & Curriculum, you will shape the strategy, production, and evolution of this content across all audiences and formats, ensuring it empowers people to use AI responsibly.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end creation of educational content for developers, consumers, enterprise admins, and the general public.
• Manage a team of content strategists, media designers, agencies, and supporting partners.
• Design workflows and standards that blend AI‑assisted drafting with essential human craftsmanship.
• Define and defend a rigorous quality bar for scalable education.
• Drive innovative, interactive, and personalized learning experiences beyond traditional courseware.
• Build and operate a content production system covering intake, prioritization, drafting, review, launch, and continuous iteration.

Required profile

• Deep obsession with learner outcomes and the ability to translate that into high‑impact content.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary content teams.
• Hands‑on familiarity with Anthropic’s Claude model or similar generative AI tools.
• Strategic mindset to set standards, adapt to evolving models, and maintain quality at scale.
• Comfort with rapid iteration and real‑time content evolution.
