Guest Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

Penn Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its hospitality team as Guest Room Attendants. In this fast‑paced environment, you will help maintain clean and welcoming hotel spaces for guests, contributing to a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, hallways, linen rooms, employee areas and storage spaces as assigned.
• Maintain and clean all housekeeping equipment used during the shift.
• Document completed duties and report safety hazards or maintenance issues.
• Greet guests courteously and assist with basic inquiries within policy guidelines.
• Support the houseperson with departmental projects when needed.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to security measures at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory).
• At least six months of cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn, follow directions and maintain professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.

Required skills

• Operation of standard cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, mops, brooms and cleaning supplies.
