Group Product Director – Access & Patient Experience Marketing (Neuroscience Schizophrenia)

About the role

The Group Product Director will shape the U.S. brand access strategy and lead omnichannel promotion for the long‑acting injectable schizophrenia portfolio, ensuring patients can initiate and stay on therapy.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop a high‑performing team while fostering an inclusive culture.
• Lead development and execution of the U.S. brand access strategy, integrating access considerations into positioning and forecasting.
• Shape and execute access messaging, resources, and omnichannel initiatives to enhance customer and patient engagement.
• Create clarity for field access strategy and resource utilization in partnership with sales and marketing teams.
• Oversee engagements with targeted pharmacies, focusing on strategy and contracting.
• Deliver patient and consumer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
• Evaluate direct‑to‑consumer advertising performance to maximize impact.
• Partner with the CAPLYTA® brand team to ensure a cohesive schizophrenia portfolio strategy.
• Lead agency and vendor relationships to ensure high‑quality tactical execution.
• Build strong cross‑functional partnerships to ensure strategic alignment and compliant execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of commercial experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, including market access.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive strategic alignment in matrixed organizations.
• Track record of business results, strong marketing competencies, and learning agility.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Experience partnering with sales teams to drive field execution and customer engagement.
• 3+ years of people‑management experience preferred.
• Experience in psychiatry, neuroscience, or CNS therapeutic areas preferred.
