Groundskeeper – The Westheimer Community

About the role

The Groundskeeper for The Westheimer community ensures that the property’s outdoor areas remain clean, safe, and visually appealing. Working on‑site in Houston, you will support the service team and help maintain high standards of curb appeal for residents and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect common areas throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all amenities tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process and maintain storage areas.
• Perform minor and routine service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnover activities.
• Change locks according to property policy and ensure pool gates and other access points function correctly.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently and follow established safety and maintenance procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, well‑kept environment.
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks and lift moderate loads.
