Leasing Professional – Auxo at Memorial

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Auxo at Memorial community in Houston. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while ensuring high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite or Yardi property management systems.
• Experience using online marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
