Global Technology Partner Manager

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a Global Technology Partner Manager to create and scale strategic alliances with leading technology platforms. In this foundational position you will design the partnership function, drive joint go‑to‑market initiatives and turn collaborations into significant revenue streams while helping partners leverage Anthropic’s AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Build the Global Technology Partnerships function, including team structure, operating model, goals and strategy.
• Own joint go‑to‑market relationships and business plans with a portfolio of named global technology partners.
• Define joint value propositions, prioritising products, use cases and industries in collaboration with account teams.
• Develop and maintain executive relationships within partner leadership, identifying transformation opportunities.
• Create competitive positioning, enablement programs, sales tools, training curricula and certification for partner sales and technical teams.
• Collaborate with marketing on co‑marketing, events and joint customer stories.
• Work with technical teams to build production‑grade Claude‑powered solutions, reference architectures and industry accelerators.
• Set success criteria for joint accounts, provide implementation support and establish feedback loops.
• Own partnership P&L contribution, metrics and governance for partner performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing strategic partnerships with technology, cloud or data platform companies.
• Track record of owning revenue‑generating partnership or channel relationships, including forecasting and pipeline management.
• Experience structuring and negotiating complex, multi‑stakeholder partnership agreements.
• Ability to engage directly with executive‑level stakeholders at partner organisations.
• Experience partnering cross‑functionally with engineering or technical teams on product integrations.
