Global HR Systems Engagement Manager

About the role

The Global HR Systems Engagement Manager leads the governance, delivery and strategic evolution of Oracle HCM and related HR technologies worldwide. Working closely with IT and HR leadership, this role translates business needs into scalable technology solutions while ensuring compliance, security and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Oracle HCM evolution strategy aligned with HR and enterprise objectives.
• Partner with HR leaders to improve processes, automation, self‑service and employee experience.
• Evaluate Oracle releases and emerging technologies to maximize platform value and ROI.
• Lead governance forums that prioritize enhancements, projects and technology investments.
• Establish and manage enhancement intake, assessment, prioritization and approval processes.
• Ensure solutions meet business, compliance, security and operational requirements, participating in SOX, ITGC, IPE and audit activities.
• Maintain monitoring and reporting processes to support ongoing compliance.
• Lead and develop a team of HR Systems Engagement Leads, setting standards for requirements gathering, design, testing and delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement, consistency and quality across the global HR technology landscape.

Required profile

• Proven experience translating HR business needs into technology solutions at a global scale.
• Strong background in governance, risk management and compliance for HR systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior HR and IT stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivering business value.
