About the role

The General Manager will lead the AAA Five‑Diamond resort, overseeing all aspects of operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day‑to‑day hotel operations across Spa, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, Groundskeeping, and Food & Beverage.
• Maintain and exceed AAA Five‑Diamond service standards in every guest interaction.
• Develop, implement, and measure guest service standards aligned with company values.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns, ensuring positive resolutions.
• Design and execute seasonal resort activities that enhance guest engagement.
• Motivate and develop associates, fostering a culture where the guest experience comes first.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management for top‑tier staff.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve superior financial results.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills with an employee‑centric mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑department operations and deliver financial targets.
• Commitment to upholding AAA Five‑Diamond standards and delivering outstanding guest service.
