General Dentist – Path to Partnership

About the role

Smile Dental Care is seeking a motivated General Dentist to join a modern, family‑oriented practice. You will work in a high‑volume environment with strong patient loyalty, state‑of‑the‑art digital technology, and a clear path toward partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care including preventive, restorative, and surgical procedures.
• Perform restorative work, simple and surgical extractions, crown & bridge placements, and root canals.
• Utilize iTero scanners and 3D imaging for diagnostics and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with experienced leadership for case reviews and mentorship.
• Maintain high standards of patient experience and clinical autonomy.

Required profile

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program.
• Active State Dental License and DEA license.
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry, including restorative and surgical procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

Required skills

• Restorative dentistry procedures.
• Simple and surgical extractions.
• Crown and bridge fabrication.
• Endodontic (root canal) treatment.
• iTero scanning and digital imaging.
• Implant placement (preferred but not required).
