Full-Time Teller – Boyertown, PA

About the role

Santander is seeking a full‑time Teller to join its Boyertown branch. In this customer‑focused role you will handle daily banking transactions while delivering exceptional service and supporting the branch’s operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, minimize wait times, and assist with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other banking needs.
• Handle cash accurately, maintain cash‑drawer balances, and follow all compliance and risk‑management procedures.
• Identify and refer customers to appropriate bank products, cross‑selling to deepen relationships.
• Educate customers on digital self‑service tools and promote their use.
• Support custodial duties, audits, and other operational tasks as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist nearby branches when needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 6 months of cash‑handling experience.
• Minimum 6 months of demonstrated customer‑service experience.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow policies.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Willingness to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Required skills
