Full-Time Assistant Toddler Teacher (Entry Level) – Paid Training

About the role

Discovery Kidzone is seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Full‑Time Assistant Toddler Teacher to join our team in Clancy. You will work alongside a Lead Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where toddlers can learn, explore, and develop essential skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily care, supervision, meals, naps, toileting and transitions for toddlers.
• Build positive, trusting relationships and support children’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical development through play, music, storytelling and hands‑on activities.
• Observe and document each child’s progress and share updates with families.
• Collaborate with the Lead Teacher and classroom team to maintain a clean, organized, and health‑compliant learning environment.
• Follow all health, safety and Montana licensing requirements.

Required profile

• Passionate about working with toddlers and eager to learn.
• Patient, dependable, caring, positive and a strong communicator.
• Team‑player who can guide children with kindness and consistency.
• Willing to complete all required Montana licensing training.

Required skills

• CPR certified (or willing to obtain certification within 30 days of hire).
• Willing to learn and apply early‑childhood development practices.
