Full Stack Engineer

About the role

You will own the technical architecture that connects our marketplace’s databases, integrations, web applications and infrastructure. Working directly with the CEO and operations team, you will shape how data flows, automate processes and introduce AI where it adds real value.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate and synchronize systems such as Zendesk, ClickUp and internal tools with reliable code.
• Rebuild and maintain the operational database as the single source of truth, ensuring data integrity and monitoring.
• Design and develop web applications and dashboards from the ground up for internal users.
• Deploy, secure, back up and operate the underlying infrastructure.
• Implement AI models into operational workflows and improve internal AI agents.
• Map business processes, identify automation opportunities and document them in English.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience building and operating production web applications.
• Advanced written and spoken English for stakeholder interviews, technical explanations and documentation.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize by business impact and take ownership of shipped features.

Required skills

• Experience with MVC frameworks such as AdonisJS, NestJS or Laravel.
• Strong JavaScript development skills.
• Familiarity with integration platforms like Zendesk and ClickUp.
• Database design, data integrity and monitoring.
• Infrastructure deployment, security and backup practices.
• AI integration and workflow automation.
