Frontend Developer – React & Next.js (Remote)

About the role

Alura is seeking a Frontend Developer who enjoys building fast, polished web experiences and wants to grow with a product‑focused, remote team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship features using React.js and Next.js.
• Transform designs into responsive, accessible UI components.
• Integrate REST APIs, handle authentication flows, and manage client/server state.
• Write clean, reusable components and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate closely with backend, design, and product teams to deliver end‑to‑end features.
• Fix bugs, improve performance, and maintain code quality.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience with React.js.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Experience with Next.js (routing, layouts, API routes/server actions).
• Comfortable with HTML, CSS, and responsive design (Flexbox/Grid).
• Familiarity with Git, pull requests, and agile workflows.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous data fetching.
