About the role
The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests at Embassy Suites Phoenix Biltmore. You will ensure a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience while delivering the high level of service Hilton is known for.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, complete registration, assign rooms and issue electronic keys.
- Process check‑out transactions, handle cash, credit/debit cards, foreign currency and gift certificates using the point‑of‑sale system.
- Provide accurate information about room categories, rates, promotions, and local attractions.
- Upsell hotel services and packages to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Respond to guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Receive, input, retrieve and relay messages to guests.
Required profile

- Shows qualities such as quality focus, productivity, dependability, customer focus, and adaptability.
Required skills
- Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Cash handling and basic accounting skills.
- Computer literacy for reservation and guest‑service software.
