Founding Member of Technical Staff

About the role

NabiHealth is building an AI‑native health system to serve 100M patients. As a Founding Member of Technical Staff you will help build the core agentic care platform that enables clinicians and AI agents to deliver continuous treatment for eating disorders.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate the Command Center EHR with the Callie intersession product to enable clinician‑agent collaboration.
• Design, develop, and own backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that power clinical workflows and agent infrastructure.
• Build patient onboarding tools to streamline intake and setup.
• Create and maintain deployment, monitoring, and observability infrastructure to support scaling.
• Work closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to ship reliable, high‑performance systems.

Required profile

• Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco for an in‑person role.
• Strong product instincts and ability to think end‑to‑end from data model to user experience.
• Scrappy, fast‑moving mindset; can deliver quality results with little direction.
• Quick learner who stays current with emerging technologies.
• Deep empathy for patients and clinicians; mission‑aligned.
• Clear communicator who can distill complex problems.
