Founding Marketer

About the role

Quanta is building a new financial operating ledger and needs a founding marketer to shape its brand, create compelling content, and define a new market category. You will work directly with the CEO and the GTM team in an early‑stage, in‑person environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all marketing efforts, producing high‑quality content across blog, social, email, customer stories, launch posts and thought leadership.
• Own Quanta’s brand identity, tone of voice and visual storytelling across website, product launches, events and employer branding.
• Build a new market category and establish the marketing foundation – systems, processes, analytics and distribution.
• Partner with sales, design and product to shape messaging, surface insights and support outbound and onboarding motions.
• Scale the function over time, creating new GTM motions from 0 → 1 as the company grows.

Required profile

• Self‑starter who writes, ships, measures and iterates daily without relying on agencies.
• Strong writer who can turn complex ideas into crisp, engaging content.
• Proven track record of creating content that breaks through noise and drives growth.
• Experience thriving in small, ambiguous teams and enjoying a blank‑page start.
• Strong aesthetic taste for high‑quality content and brand.
