Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

Clarion is building AI agents that manage the entire patient journey, from scheduling to prescription refills. As a Forward Deployed Engineer you will bridge cutting‑edge AI technology with real‑world healthcare operations, working directly with customers to deliver scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Write production code to build integrations, configure AI agents, and implement platform logic based on customer workflows and scheduling rules.
• Own end‑to‑end implementations, creating technical project plans, coordinating resources, and driving timelines from scoping through go‑live.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, leading discovery sessions, resolving integration issues, and building trusted advisor relationships.
• Monitor and optimize AI agent performance at scale, diagnosing failures and iteratively refining behavior to improve accuracy and patient experience.

Required profile

• 3+ years of engineering experience shipping production systems while working directly with customers.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi‑workstream technical projects and coordinating cross‑functional resources.
• Experience acting as a primary technical point of contact, comfortable leading architecture discussions with technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Hands‑on coding to build integrations and configure AI agents.
• Debugging AI agents and LLM behavior in production environments.
