Forward Deployed Corporate Development

About the role

Rogo is looking for a Forward Deployed professional to join its Corporate Development team. You will work directly with top financial institutions, helping them integrate AI into their daily workflows and long‑term strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle client engagements, building consultative relationships and tailoring demos for investors and deal teams.
• Engage with bankers and investors to understand workflow challenges and demonstrate the value of Rogo’s AI solutions.
• Partner with marketing to create content that resonates with financial professionals.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer, feeding insights back to sales and product teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in corporate development, corporate strategy, or business development at a large corporation, with exposure to M&A, partnerships, or strategic investments.
• Strong executive engagement skills and ability to build credibility with senior decision‑makers.
• Outstanding presentation abilities, both impromptu and formal.
• Curiosity about AI’s impact on financial services and experience working cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Experience presenting and demoing complex technology solutions.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into concrete business outcomes.
