Florida Litigation & Real Estate Transactional Paralegal

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Florida Litigation & Real Estate Transactional Paralegal to join a busy U.S. law firm. The role is fully remote and requires managing both litigation matters and real‑estate transactions with a high degree of organization and independence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Florida litigation cases from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas and discovery documents.
• Conduct legal research, factual investigations and review evidence such as medical records, contracts and financial documents.
• Oversee all phases of discovery, track deadlines, and organize production of documents.
• Draft, review and coordinate real‑estate contracts, purchase agreements, title work and closing documents.
• Prepare and organize exhibits and supporting documentation for court filings.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Florida litigation.
• Demonstrated experience in Florida real‑estate transactional law.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Florida court procedures and e‑filing systems.
• Experience handling discovery, legal research and case management.
• Knowledge of title work, real‑estate contracts and closings.
