Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager will support fiscal planning and analysis for the Americas region. Working closely with business and finance leaders, you will deliver high‑quality forecasts, budgets, and performance insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain the financial reporting infrastructure for the Americas FP&A team, including P&L, sales by brand, operating expense, headcount, and weekly revenue flashes.
• Develop and update sophisticated financial models and management reports to support senior leadership.
• Prepare presentations for monthly results, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and executive leadership meetings.
• Identify and implement AI‑driven automation opportunities to streamline FP&A processes and serve as the AI subject‑matter expert for the region.
• Continuously improve reporting tools to meet evolving business needs and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting within a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial information to senior leaders.
• Eligibility to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
