Financial Analyst

About the role

ZEGNA is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its Finance Planning & Analysis team in New York. You will act as a financial business partner for departments such as Marketing, Visual, CRM, and IT, providing analytical insight to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Perform account analysis, monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Coordinate with various business functions to ensure aligned projects and plans.
• Develop and implement new processes, policies, systems, and tools to boost efficiency.
• Liaise with the broader finance organization, including accounting, to guarantee accurate and timely reporting and invoice processing.
• Become proficient in all related financial systems and support special projects as needed.

Required profile

• Strong computer skills – Excel is mandatory, SAP strongly desired, Cognos a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across all organizational levels.
