Finance Manager – A&P for Luxe Division

About the role

As a Finance Manager supporting Advertising & Promotion (A&P) for the Luxe Division, you will act as a critical business partner to marketing and brand teams. Based in the Hudson Yards office, you will ensure compliance, manage budgets, and provide insightful analysis to drive financial excellence across 19 luxury brands.

Key responsibilities

• Track actual A&P expenditures at the lowest level for 19 Luxe brands and identify variances against budget and latest estimates.
• Maintain data integrity through proper PO coding, accruals, and timely reporting.
• Deliver comprehensive A&P tracking, variance analysis, and support the preparation of Latest Estimates (LEs) with high accuracy.
• Serve as a proactive finance partner to Marketing/Brand Teams and Brand Controllers, providing timely financial information and challenging assumptions.
• Establish expertise in A&P spend across the division and standardize processes for all brands.
• Identify and implement improvements to A&P financial processes, reporting cadences, and tracking methodologies.
• Develop new analytical reports or dashboards to enhance visibility and efficiency.
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses and support strategic initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of finance experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and financial modeling capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
