Field Service Technician – Office Equipment

About the role

Join Konica Minolta as a Field Service Technician and apply your mechanical aptitude to maintain and repair a wide range of office printing and imaging equipment. You will work directly with customers, providing on‑site support, installations, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of their technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, break/fix repairs, and installations on Konica Minolta products.
• Use specialized tools and gauges to diagnose and repair production machinery.
• Travel to customer sites within an assigned territory, manage inventory, and keep clients informed about scheduling.
• Log service visits, update client records, and collaborate with the Account Management team to resolve issues.
• Develop professional relationships to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience servicing office equipment or similar machinery.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Reliable transportation for daily travel to customer locations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies.

Required skills

• A+ Certification (or equivalent).
• N+ Certification (or equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of IT networking concepts.
• Proficiency with technical diagnostics and connectivity troubleshooting.
