Field Service Productivity Coordinator (Non‑Tech PM)

About the role

The Field Service Productivity Coordinator is a B‑Band individual contributor responsible for executing and coordinating Customer Engineering operational support activities. The role ensures service readiness, uptime, quality compliance, and meets customer commitments while operating with moderate autonomy. It partners cross‑functionally to maintain operational discipline and KPI performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate Service Orders, RTS, TES, and parts disposition in alignment with CE and Supply Chain processes.
• Maintain materials, tooling, and spares readiness; lead weekly parts reviews with Spares Planning and FSO.
• Own operational KPI tracking and reporting (SO cycle time, IWN quality, materials aging, training compliance, productivity).
• Analyze trends, identify risks, and drive standard countermeasures; track corrective actions to closure.
• Support workforce productivity through scheduling coordination, timecard accuracy, and coverage planning.
• Maintain SOPs, BKMs, and CE documentation; support onboarding, training compliance, and competency tracking.

Required profile

• Experience in field service operations, CE support, logistics, or semiconductor equipment environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with service management or workflow systems.
