Field Sales and Marketing Representative

About the role

TTI (Techtronic Industries), a global maker of power tools, outdoor power equipment and floor care products, is hiring a Field Sales and Marketing Representative in Santa Rosa, CA. You will drive sales of its product lines within one of its largest retail partners, The Home Depot, and launch your career in a fast-paced company.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering business-to-consumer sales and customer service, recommending tailored product solutions
• Plan and run promotional events, product demos and store walks
• Support corporate brand marketing initiatives and merchandising resets, using Microsoft Power BI data analytics
• Manage inventory levels, down-stock and report promptly
• Build relationships with The Home Depot team members and transport a small amount of company property
• Travel to and from store locations and occasionally for meetings and events; air travel is required

Required profile

• At least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Valid US driver's license for at least one continuous year, personal vehicle, insurance and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work nights and weekends, stand for full shifts and use hands to assemble tools and displays
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work in a retail environment
• Higher education preferred but not required; multilingualism preferred in some markets

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office
• Data analysis with Microsoft Power BI
