Field Sales Account Executive – San Bernardino

About the role

CooperVision is seeking a motivated Field Sales Account Executive to manage and grow its contact lens portfolio in the San Bernardino, CA territory. You will build strong relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and practice staff while delivering product education and driving market share.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets based on the territory quota.
• Maintain a daily call cycle of 5‑7 pre‑set appointments and manage the full sales funnel.
• Develop and execute account business plans in partnership with the Regional Director.
• Respond to customer inquiries (phone and email) within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Professional Affairs, Customer Service, and Operations teams to implement business strategies.
• Utilize sales tools such as Salesforce, Showpad, and Tableau to track activity and performance.

Required profile

• Residency in or near the San Bernardino territory.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals in a consultative selling environment.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
