Field Sales Account Executive – Rockford, IL

About the role

CooperVision, a division of CooperCompanies, is seeking a Field Sales Account Executive to manage and grow its contact lens portfolio in the Rockford, IL territory. You will build relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and practice staff, delivering product education and driving market share.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales quota for the assigned territory.
• Maintain a daily call cycle of 5‑7 pre‑set appointments.
• Respond to customer phone and email inquiries within 24 hours.
• Utilize Salesforce, Showpad, Tableau, and the CVI sales platform to manage opportunities.
• Develop and execute account business plans in partnership with the Regional Director.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work independently with a consultative selling style.
• Residency in Rockford, IL or within a reasonable commuting distance.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs.
• Willingness to travel within the territory to meet customers.
