Field Sales Account Executive – Burlington, VT / Keene, NH

About the role

The Field Sales Account Executive will manage a defined territory covering Burlington, VT and Keene, NH, driving growth of CooperVision's contact lens portfolio. You will build and maintain relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, practice managers, and office staff to increase product adoption and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets set for the assigned territory.
• Maintain a daily call cycle of 5‑7 pre‑set appointments and develop account business plans.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email within 24 hours.
• Utilize sales tools such as Salesforce, Showpad, and Tableau to track opportunities and performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Professional Affairs, Customer Service, and Operations teams to execute business strategies.
• Provide product education and consultative solutions to address customer needs.

Required profile

• Proven consultative selling experience, preferably in medical or vision‑care products.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across all stages of the sales funnel.
• Residency in the assigned territory or within a reasonable commuting distance.
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategic account plans.
