Field Sales Account Executive – Arizona Territory

About the role

As a Field Sales Account Executive you will own a defined territory in Arizona, building relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists and practice staff to grow adoption of CooperVision’s contact lens portfolio. You will work independently, using a consultative selling approach to meet sales targets and expand market share.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a daily call cycle of 5‑7 pre‑set appointments and pursue new account penetration.
• Achieve or exceed quarterly sales quotas for the Phoenix East AZ territory.
• Develop and execute territory business plans in partnership with the Regional Director.
• Provide product education and support to customers, responding to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Professional Affairs, Customer Service, Operations) to align strategies.
• Maintain accurate records in the CVI sales platform and related tools.

Required profile

• Residence in the assigned territory or within a reasonable commuting distance.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively across the sales funnel.
• Strong business acumen with a consultative sales mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience using Showpad.
• Ability to navigate Tableau for reporting and analytics.
