Field Marketing Manager – BeatBox & Chillitas

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to lead the BeatBox & Chillitas brand in the Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI markets. Reporting to the Director of Field Marketing, you will translate national strategies into local activations, build influencer networks, and drive consumer engagement through sampling, events, and on‑premise programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute local field marketing plans that align with national BeatBox strategies.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of brand representatives to deliver on‑premise, off‑premise, and event activations.
• Partner with on‑premise and off‑premise managers, distributors, and wholesale teams to support sales blitzes and merchandising.
• Identify and secure event opportunities, manage logistics, and oversee product sampling and influencer collaborations.
• Maintain a state sampling license, manage inventory, swag, and marketing materials for the assigned territory.
• Create and adapt social media content for local campaigns and coordinate with regional FMSs for national events.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of field marketing experience in beverage, CPG, or related categories.
• At least one year of leadership or management experience overseeing brand ambassadors.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a state sampling license for alcohol handling.
• Proven experience working with distributors in Chicago or Milwaukee (e.g., Lakeshore Beverage).
• Strong relationship‑building skills with retailers, distributors, and influencers.
• Willingness to travel up to 40 % of the time and work evenings and weekends for event activation.
