About the role

Join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering world‑class fan experiences at Truist Park. As the Facility Operations Coordinator you will oversee daily facility services, support vendor activities, and ensure the venue is ready for every event.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and track facility work orders, verifying completion through internal systems.
• Partner with facilities, engineering, and operations teams to meet daily and event‑driven needs.
• Serve as the primary contact for vendors and contractors, handling scheduling, access, and job tracking.
• Maintain accurate records of construction projects, invoices, schedules, and vendor services.
• Support procurement processes, including purchase tracking, invoice processing, and budget documentation.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs to identify operational gaps and facility needs.
• Manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and operational materials.
• Create reporting systems to improve efficiency and support ongoing projects.
• Participate in event support during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Required profile

• 2‑4+ years of experience in construction management, facilities operations, or property management.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities in a fast‑paced, event‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills with internal teams and external vendors.
• Professional presence and composure during high‑pressure situations.
