Experienced Service Advisor – $65k-$100k

About the role

Honda of Harvey is expanding its service department and seeks an experienced Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and support vehicle maintenance in line with manufacturer guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct walk‑around inspections of customer vehicles and accurately record service needs on repair orders.
• Interact with customers to determine immediate service requirements and act as the liaison between technicians and clients.
• Review service history and multi‑point inspection results, recommending appropriate maintenance.
• Write and verify repair orders, including documentation for manufacturer warranty claims.
• Support department goals by driving sales of labor, parts, and accessories.
• Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs per manufacturer standards.
• Inspect completed work to ensure correct service before vehicle return.
• Perform active vehicle delivery and maintain product knowledge through on‑the‑job training and manufacturer certifications.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and team‑player attitude.
• Ability to manage and redirect customer frustrations.
• Trainable, outgoing, and friendly with a professional appearance.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Technical certification or manufacturer training certifications are a plus.
