Executive Director – Hospice Care Leadership

Moments Hospice is seeking an Executive Director to lead a compassionate team and shape the future of end‑of‑life care. In this senior position you will drive strategic direction, oversee daily operations, and ensure exceptional patient experiences across the branch.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s strategic plan, aligning operations with clinical and business goals.
• Ensure compliance with all hospice regulations, policies, and quality standards.
• Make critical, results‑driven decisions, set priorities, and monitor performance metrics.
• Collaborate on business development, creating marketing strategies and growth plans.
• Leverage data analysis to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions.
• Promote continuous learning and stay current on industry regulations and best practices.
• Foster a collaborative, results‑oriented work environment that empowers staff.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of hospice leadership experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (required); Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong understanding of hospice care theories, concepts, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proven problem‑solving, time‑management, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, adaptable environment.
