About the role
CRH, a global leader in building materials, is seeking a polished Executive Assistant to support two Executive Vice Presidents of Strategy. The role is based in Miami and offers flexibility to work remotely when the executives are traveling.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑level executive support, including complex calendar management and email handling.
- Research, draft, and route correspondence on behalf of the EVPs.
- Plan and execute events, negotiate venues, and coordinate logistics.
- Prepare meeting materials, expense reports, and travel arrangements.
- Manage accounts payable for the President’s office and reservation systems.
- Collaborate with the global Executive Assistant team and other assistants as needed.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Required profile
- 10+ years of executive assistant experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and adaptability in a fast‑paced setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Self‑starter attitude with a “do‑anything” mindset.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Required skills
- Advanced computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
