About the role

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking an enthusiastic Events Coordinator to support its North America events team. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience planning in‑store activations for major retailers such as Sephora and Ulta, while learning the full lifecycle of beauty brand events.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Director and Events team with logistics for retailer activations, including budgeting, collateral, and creative deliverables.
• Support the planning and execution of large‑scale events like the Sephora Store Managers Conference.
• Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple workstreams using spreadsheets.
• Conduct post‑event analysis to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform event strategy.

Required profile

• Passionate about creating engaging, educational, and entertaining in‑person events.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proactive communicator who can close loops, flag risks early, and work collaboratively.
• Comfortable working under pressure, especially on event days.
• Team‑player mindset with a willingness to take on any task needed for event success.
