About the role

Midtown Home Improvements is seeking energetic individuals to represent the brand at home shows, festivals, and local events across the Chicago metro area. The role is focused on engaging homeowners, uncovering their improvement needs, and scheduling free consultation appointments.

Key responsibilities

Represent Midtown at home shows, festivals, and local events.
Start friendly conversations with homeowners to uncover home‑improvement needs.
Set free consultation appointments and track leads.
Create a fun, upbeat booth experience.
Track leads and celebrate wins with the team.

Required profile

Outgoing, energetic communicator with great people skills.
Comfortable working weekends and traveling around Chicago (reliable transportation required).
High School Diploma or GED.
Sales or events experience is a plus, but not required.
