About the role

The Escrow Assistant supports the closing representative in real‑estate transactions, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and deadlines are met. You act as the central point of contact for agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and other stakeholders, helping to keep the closing process smooth and stress‑free.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare loan documents for signing, including vesting amendments, and return completed documents to lenders.
• Review purchase contracts for completeness, request missing information, and perform preliminary title audits.
• Maintain transaction files, record documentation, and issue post‑closing checks.
• Communicate with agents, buyers, sellers, and industry partners to resolve documentation issues.
• Build and sustain relationships with industry players to promote the company’s escrow services.
