ERP Apps Specialist – Tech Consulting

About the role

As a Senior Consultant you will lead the technical implementation, configuration and optimisation of LexisNexis Firco™ Continuity cloud‑native solutions for enterprise clients in regulated industries. You will guide customers through the full deployment lifecycle, from design and infrastructure preparation to advanced troubleshooting, security hardening and compliance integration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end deployment of Firco™ Continuity Cloud solutions, including installation, configuration and validation.
• Design, provision and optimise Kubernetes clusters, persistent storage, container registries and networking components such as Ingress and Service Mesh.
• Integrate and secure connections to relational databases, IBM MQ and web servers according to client architecture.
• Implement best practices for high availability, resiliency and disaster‑recovery, and manage environment variables and configuration files.
• Analyse client business requirements, translate them into functional specifications and customise ERP/HR applications as needed.
• Test, document and train client personnel on the deployed solutions.
• Provide mentorship to junior consultants and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior technical consultant delivering complex cloud‑native solutions.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Independent problem‑solver who can manage full project lifecycles and drive improvements.
• Deep understanding of financial‑crime compliance and regulated industry requirements.
